BIB Affiliate Membership ApplicatioN
A BIB Affiliate is 3+ Visiting Rabbit Teams who wish to train, support and/or visit together in a private group or in the context of an existing 501c3 organization.
BIB Affiliates who also belong to an animal welfare 501C3 are eligible for a 50% discount on BIB Visiting Rabbit Team Training Supplies. Supplies must be purchased with this form for the discount.
