North America with lavender petals surrounding a reddish-orange cone

 Organic Turnip Greens Biennial This turnip is grown for its very tasty greens only; the woody roots are used for livestock feed. The tops are 16"-22" tall and are tasty when steamed, stir-fried, or used in salads. The seeds can also be used for sprouts.
